Shipping Options

We currently offer the following options at checkout:

1. Local Pickup (Mount Morris, MI)

Free pickup available in Mt. Morris, MI. You’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and pickup location once your order is ready.

📍 Pickup must be completed within 5 business days.

2. Local Delivery (Flint, MI & Surrounding Areas)

Need it brought to you? We offer local delivery within designated zones for a small fee.

📦 Deliveries are made within 1–3 business days. Please make sure your address is accurate and someone is available to receive the delivery.

3. Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)

All shipped orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery takes 3–5 business days

  • Tracking number provided via email
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We will exchange items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

  • Email info@jagbykiyamona.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Exchanges will only be honored if the above steps are followed within the timeline.
